My Dad, Chester Howell as well as some of my older Cousins - were born at Quanicassee between 1910 and 1920 and my Grandparents had a General Store there. I remember my Dad saying he went to a small country grade school till the Eighth Grade and for High School - They had to go to Bay City Central High in Bay City. If i can find more about when the school first opened, where it was located and what it was called - I'll let you know. ...Mike Howell
