He had a brother named William. My cousin told me that they came from Michigan maybe Traverse City? Frank and his brother and father relocated to Tioga county PA in late 1800 early 1900. The boys lived with an Aunt and Uncle according to a census. Samuel and Mahalia Roe. I have a feeling that the Frank and William listed here may be the same.
