Which I have several uncles who where coalminer's in Bay Co..What I do know is my mother had two brothers who died ;one in 1921 and one in 1923 of Black dypheria..They were buried the same day because of the spread here in Bay County. My mother remembers the family had to move out of the house they died in and a tent was put over the house. They believed this (the tent) who keep the plaque from spreading...
