I have found a Bay County marriage record for Elmer Koth of Pinconning and Grace (Mae) Alexander of Kawkawlin, married February 18, 1918, by Minister Gideon Knechtel. At first, I thought the minister's name was Gordon Knochtel but then I found other records which were written more clearly. Does anyone know more about Minister Gideon Knechtel, especially which church he might have been associated with? Also, any information on Koth or Alexander would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
