Survivors include his wife, Denise Richards Kalinowski , 3 sons: Jerry Kalinowski of Azle, Tx and Bruce Kalinowski and Chris Kalinowski of Springdale., one daughter, Amanda Wall of Joplin,MO. and a brother, Michael Kalinowski of Palm Springs CA..
