Can anyone help with the Peck Family of Bay City. looking for a death and burial place for Sylvester Peck born abt 1829 and his wife Sarah. b. abt 1834. I think Sylvester died between 1891 and 1900. Sarah may have died after 1910. Sylvester's father was Johnathan Peck and mother Abigail Benedict of New York. This is what I know of the family. Thanks for any help. Francis Edward Gallagher, born circa 1857 in Scotland. Married Mary Schoenberger in Ohio, circa 1882. >From 1910 to 1931, the family lived in Bay City Michigan, 8 children at one point. In 1910 the address appears to be 1104 Smith Street and from 1920 to 1931 they lived at 805 Patterson. This is my wife's family, paternal great grandparents. I am looking for anyone to help find the obituary, if possible. Francis died between the 1920 census and the 1930 census, that is as narrow as I can make the search. Mary died sometime after 1931. I have a sister for her listed as Agnes b. Jun 1887 but only find her on the 1894 and the 1900 census. Then I lost her. So a bit more information, not what I may have expected. I keep finding then losing these folks. Russia Poland I would be happy to share was little information I have on this family. I have been attempting to find out where in Poland this Zielinki family came from and resided. According to the departing Hamburg records [1885] it looks like Swietkowa. John Stanley Zielinski's Social Security Application says he was born in Warsaw [1879]. Mary Dobroc also had a Social Security Application which I have applied to get a copy. My mother-in-law always said her understanding was the family was from Krakow. As far as I know all my be true.
