It's better to use the "scroll bar" on the right side of the page to scroll down one by one. Also, don't forget to click on the record you want to look at it. Enter the information for the person you are seeking. You can also click on "more" to enter additional information. Over on the bottom right side, near the "search" button, you can also change the way to search. You can select from "exact", "exact and close", and "exact, close, and partial". If I know the person is from Bay City, I enter "Bay, Michigan, United States" in "place". This really helps to narrow down the results. I also try different spellings just in case the record is transcribed wrong. I love this site. Most of the time, an actual record is included, and the site is FREE. Hope this helps.
