I believe that my Pfund/Pfundt ancestors may have attended the Sugar School in Frankenlust, Bay, Michigan. My Pfund/Pfundt homestead is very close to were the school was located on Westside Saginaw Road right behind the sugar beet factory. It lists James, Mary James, Mary in one household and right next to them William and his wife Amelia A. He is listed as having been born in Canada. James in England, his wife in New York, the 2 others in Michigan. Amelia is listed as born in Germany. I can send you the copies if you send your address to sunbeamf@cris.com.
