These are the actual census pages. William Wilson is a very common name. Do you have a DOB and place of birth? Do you have the DOB's for the children? Where were they born. The 1890 census burned; so there is a 20 year gap between 1880 and 1900. Ancestry does not yet have the Mi. 1900 census online and searchable. So, that leaves a 30 yr. gap to 1910. 1930 is the lastest available census.

I do have some old photos that might interest you. Are you, by chance, a descendant?

I am looking for any information on Theophalis Grenier and his family. They appear in the 1880 US Census for Bay City, Bay County, Michigan. The household included his wife, (Mary 40yo), a son (Fred 9yo), and two daughters (Rose 6yo and Melvina 5yo). A married daughter, (Maggie) and son in law Arthur LASANE, both 20yo are also included in the house hold. Theophalis is listed as a stone cutter and Arthur is listed as working at a saw mill. I have not had any luck finding these folks before or since that date in any US Census. Although Theophalis and the kids have various US states listed as their birthplace(NY, IN, MI), Mary and Arthur list Canada as their birthplace. Any thoughts, insights or observations are greatly appreciated. Thank you for any information. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Check out the new Yahoo! Front Page. www.yahoo.com
