Mrs. Howard was born Sept. 28, 1894, in Hesperia, Mich. and had been a resident of Lansing for 6 years. She was a lifetime member of the OES No. 7. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mae Belle Cezon of Lansing; one niece, Maxine Linsea of Grand Rapids.
