Mr. Jones was born December 23, 1898, in Climax, Mich., son of Charles and Kittie Campbell Jones and had lived the past 31 years at the residence on Brook Lodge Rd. He was employed for 23 years as an assembly man at Clark Equipment Co. in Battle Creek, retiring in 1966. Mr. Jones was a member of Clark Retirees Club. He was married to Lottie Crapoff, April 14, 1934, in Battle Creek, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Mildred) Kinsey of Climax; one son, Charles H. Jones of Hickory Corners; 7 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where services will be held Monday morning at 11 o’clock, Rev. David Varnaman officiating. Interment in East Hickory Corners Cemetery.
