Larsen - 717 S. Grove St., Delton, passed away Friday morning, March 11, 1977, at the Barry County Medical Facility after a lingering illness. Mr. Larsen was born March 21, 1895, in Minnesota, son of Joseph and Wilhelmina Gething Antone. He was a contractor, builder and gas station owner and operator in the Delton area for many years. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of Simmonds-Williams Post American Legion No. 484 and was a First Commander. He was also a member of St. Ambrose Church in Delton. Surviving are his wife, the former Edna Nimtz; one daughter, Lavona Larsen of Battle Creek; one son, Bruce Larsen of Minneapolis, Minn.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Ruth) Hookala of Honolulu, Hawaii; a foster son, Francis Sattler of Ventura, Calif.; one sister, Sister Dorothy Antone of LaCross, Wis.; one brother, Frank Antone of Janesville, Wis. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where the rosary will be recited Sunday eveni! ng at 7:30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be held Monday 10 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, Delton, with Msgr. Charles Keating officiating. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Hastings. Graveside services under auspices of Simmonds-Williams Post No. 484.
