Mrs. Martindale was born April 22, 1900, in Ada, Mich., the daughter of Dexter and Emmogene Hoffman Sargent and had been a resident near Cedar Creek for the past 12 years, was formerly of Clare, Mich. She was married to Andrew Martindale, July 3, 1918, in Grand Rapids, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Clarence of 1145 Harmonia Rd., Battle Creek and Douglas of Rte 3, Delton; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Harold (Jeanne) Grysen of Rte 3, Middleville; one brother, Lawrence Sargent of Lake Mills, Wis. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Brent Branham, of Cedar Creek Bible Church, officiating.
