Mr. Latzo was born Sept. 15, 1909, in Scranton, Pa., the son of Andrew and Mary Skrabak Latzo. He was employed by E. W. Bliss Foundry in Hastings and was a member of F.O.E. of Kalamazoo. Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. Charles Foote of Plainwell and Mrs. Charles Slocum of Santa Anna, Calif.; 3 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Alvin Hope of Paw Paw. Religious services will be conducted by Rev. Thurland Meredith, 10 a.m. Friday, Truesdale Downtown Funeral Home.
