Hendrick - Crooked Lake, Delton, Formerly of Kalamazoo, age 73, passed away early Monday (Apr 26, 1971) morning at Pennock Hospital, Hastings after a lingering illness. Mr. Hendrick was born Dec. 28, 1897 in Illinois, and had been a resident of Crooked Lake since 1946. He was a tool and die maker at National Water Lift Co. until his retirement in 1964. Mr. Hendrick was married to Irene King, April 29, 1943, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters: Mrs. Veda Wetmore of Kalamazoo and Mrs. William (Jacqueline) Quick of Delton; 2 sons, Jerry Hendrick and Keith Nelson, both of Kalamazoo; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Wolthuis of Vicksburg and Mrs. Mary Borders of Jackson. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, where services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Earl Champlin of the United Methodist Church of Delton, officiating. Interment in East Hickory Corners Cemetery. Memorial contributions m! ay be made to the Pennock Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
