Miller, 62, of 117 W. Blair St., died Monday, June 18, 1984, at Pennock Hospital. He was born Oct. 19, 1921. He was a veteran of WWII. He married Evelyn Koeplinger. He worked at E.W. Bliss from 1947 until retiring in 1982. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Evelyn; two sons, Arthur and Fred Miller, both of Hastings; his parents, Mr and Mrs. Clifton Miller of Hastings/ one grandson, Justin Miller; and one brother, Ken Miller of Hastings. Note by David Miler: Claude was a great hunter and fisherman. He was an avid collector of antiques before antiques were in vogue. He had near 50 pendulum clocks and over 200 shotguns. One of his prize possessions was a anti-tank gun that sat in the family room. He bought and restored several old cars and often drove them in the town parades.
