She was born March 13, 1920 in South Haven, the daughter of Ralph and Minnie (Brown) Harrington. She attended South Haven schools. Mrs. Scott was married to William Scott on February 7, 1947. They owned and operated the Scott Dairy Farm on Miller Rd. for many years. She also did domestic house cleaning for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husband, William on September 8, 1988 and a daughter, Susan Scott in 1969. Mrs. Scott is survived by two sons, Bill "Butch" (Billie Jo) Scott of Charlotte and Mike (Pam) Scott of Hickory Corners; grandchildren, Bill Jr., Michelle, Nicki and Kevin; one brother, Robert Harrington and a great grandson. Cremation has taken place at her request. A graveside memorial service was held at Prairieville Cemetery on Saturday, May 17, 1997. Arrangements were made by Williams Funeral Home, Delton.
