Hickory Corners Passed away December 21, 2002, in Plainwell, MI. Mrs. DePriester was born on September 7, 1911 in Hickory Corners, the daughter of Elwyn and Annie (VanOmmen) Butler. She is survived by a son, Jack (Judy) DePriester of South Carolina; daughters, Judy (Gerald) Gernatt of Kalamazoo, Jane (David) Morandini of Woodhaven, MI; a daughter-in-law, Janet DePriester of Parchment; a sister, Glady Willison of Hickory Corners; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald DePriester in 1987; and a son, Jerry DePriester in 2001; and 2 brothers. A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, January 4, 2003, 2:00 p.m. Pastor Bill Fernhout officiating, with family present at 1:00 p.m. to receive friends at the WILLIAMS-GORES FUNERAL HOME Delton Private inurnment East Hickory Corners Cemetery.
