Hello list, I need some help in trying to find the surnames of a couple that I have several pictures of. The pictures were in with my mother-in-law's family pictures, these pictures were from both her mothers and fathers sides of the family. The families lived in Wabash County, Indiana. The pictures are of a Phin and Nina, no last name on any of the pictures There are two studio pictures when the couple were fairly young. One was taken in Hastings Mich. and the other is from the Michigan Photo Co. the nameof the town is broken off. There are two single pictures when Phin and Nina are a little older, these were taken by a E.H. Van Nocker, in Nashville, Mich. There is a studio picture of Phin and Nina when they are much older, taken by a E.O. Schumaker, in Battle Creek,Mich. This picture is at least around 1900 from the clothes and the others would have to have been maybe 30 yrs. earlier. There is also another picture of another couple that was taken by Schumaker, 92 East Main st. Battle creek, Mich. and picture of a toodler and a baby together, taken by Sharpsteen, Ground Floor Gallery, Marshall, Mich. I do not know if these are family members or perhaps friends of the family which in case I would like to see the photos re-united with their own family.
