She was born August 15, 1907, daughter of Walter and Sarah Wood Sheldon in Marshall, Michigan. She was a member of the Hickory Corners Wesleyan Church. She is survived by: her husband, William; two sons, Hubert Vandeburg and Jerry Vandeburg, both of Battle Creek; one daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Janet) Pharr of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. William (Nellie) Barnes of Marshall, Michigan; one brother, George Sheldon of Santa Ana, Calif. Mrs. Doner will be at the Williams Funeral Home, Delton, until Wednesday noon, when she will be taken to the Hickory Corners Wesleyan Church for services at 2 p;.m., Rev. David Vardaman officiating. Interment East Hickory Cemetery.
