Mrs. Eskes was born Aug 30, 1922 in Hickory Corners the daughter of Martin and Florence Willison Peters. She lived most of her lifetime in the Hickory Corners area and had lived the past 5 years near Hersey. She was a member of the Hickory Corners United Methodist Church, and a member of the Moose Lodge No. 705 in Reed City. She was married to Robert Eskes, Aug. 12, 1941 in Hickory Corners and he survives. Surviving besides the hus-band is one daughter, Gwen Eskes of Lowell; her mother, Mrs. Martin (Florence) Peters of Hickory Corners; one sister Francis (Geraldine) Potter of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin; one brother Gerald Peters of Hickory Corners. Several nieces and nephews. Friends are being received at the Williams Funeral Home in Delton where services will be held Tues. at 11 a.m., interment East Hickor! y Corners Cemetery.
