In 1890, my husband's great grandfather, Andrew Czajka was one of two (Jacob, his brother) in the City of Detroit (i.e., they were the very first Czajka's). Also, in 1890, Andrew and Jacob were also residing on Rollin St. By 1911, my Czajka's are on Norton and Hammond streets which are next to St. Hedwig Church. Perhaps if you write them, they will have baptismal certificates for the children you are seeking. As a side note, I believe Peter may be related to my Czajka's. I've also found Michael and Frank to be the brothers of Andrew and Jacob and believe Sophie Czajka who was married to a John Czapski and also residing on Hammon, was their sister. I do find a Joseph Czajka residing on 43 Addison Ave. in 1911 and Peter is now living as a boarder in 1912 at 912 Military Ave as a boarder.
