But, I have to say, because of postings from you and others in this forum, I have found out that the guy you found IS the husband of MY Sarah Menary. I still don't know where Sarah ended up being buried, but someone else found the obit for William, and it said that his first wife had died (date matched MY Sarah!). So, now that I know that much, I have to try to find Sarah's obit in the Labor Journal in Alpena at the library (their microfilms) and see if it says where she was to be buried. She died May 11, 1888. Since I'm in Utah, I'll have to depend on someone else to find it and tell me, or wait until I get to Alpena next year. Hopefully, someone will be there some day and just look it up for me. Thanks you SO much for checking for me.
