I'm not sure, but you might ask your local copy center. It is amazing what they can do now. I just had about 150 old pics from my mother's cedar chest copied for about $20. I thought they said they did negatives too. If not, just bring them to any local reputable photographer business. They should be able to develop them. My family found negatives taken around 1964. We developed them in 1995 and most of them came out. I hope i've helped a little.
