Can anyone explain John Bartlett m. Mary Crittenden John Bartlett and Mary H. Crittenden were married Feb 4, 1847 John was 43 at the time of marriage and Mary was 41 I believe this was Jackson MI? They had one daughter in 1850, Mary A. I am trying to find out if this was John Bartlett of Norwich Windsor County, NY who was married to Almira Knapp and had several children. We have a couple of confusing marriages in the family, but this one leaves me hanging. I am also trying to find out if Herbert Bartlett b. 1844? was married to Minnie Bartlett before: MINNIE E BARTLETT m BENJAMIN F RANDALL in CALHOUN cnty 08 DEC 1881 as I have Herbery and Minnie getting a farm together in family letters.....they were close cousins and possibly just got a farm together but given the era......
