I have been searching forever trying to find the cause of death of my great-great aunt Nora Jane Martin. She married Willis Henry Hier in Clyde Twp., Allegan Co. in 1895 and had several children. The only child I can find record of is Lena B born in 1899. In the 1900 census, they lived in Hendricks Twp., MacKinac Co. Supposedly, he husband abandoned Nora and her children in a lumber camp some where in Michigan and she was killed some time after that in a barroom brawl. I can't find any record of her death so I'm uncertain if this is true. I also cannot find her children on any record after the 1900 census. If anyone could help me out in my search, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Angie **************Dell Laptops: Huge Savings on Popular Laptops ?
