If you are using a font style that isn't a standard one that most computer's use, then on this list a font that is a standard one would automatically be substituted (because this is a text only format list, with no extra frills). That would account for the difference in size. I had to make up a computer game for my senior project. I used a fancy font that wasn't a standard one. On someone else's computer the game substituted another font that was way too large and chopped off half my text. It took me the longest time to figure out what was going on and fix it.. Try using something like Times or Arial.
