I found out that his date of death was 7-17-1947 age 7. Flint, MI. I was told he was taken directly from the site of his death to the funeral home. Is it possible a death cert. wasn't required then? Some of the family think there was a write up about it in the paper, any way to check this on line? I don't even know if it was the Flint Journal back then. Any help appreciated.
