With all due respect to the administrator(s) of this list, I personally felt that Dan made valid points and was not harsh at all. In fact, I thought he was remarkably polite considering the circumstances. I empathise with the lady who had undergone surgery and wasn't up to par with "netiquette." And I don't have a problem with her use of caps. All I take exception to are the repeated emails about this totally off-topic subject, nine of which I received in my in-box today alone. I would hope that everyone has sufficiently made their respective points, and we can get back to exchanging genealogical information pertaining to the state of Michigan.
