Court House usually have the books with all the info....you could contact the Wayne County courthouse .... tell them what you are looking for...they will (at least this is what another courthouse did for me)...send you a letter back stating the date, the registration number and give you the price to purchase a copy of it... Also Libraries sometimes have this information...not where they can give you the copy, but at least the dates and location... The marriages you are looking for are too recent to be found on microfilm at the Library of Michigan (the Archives does not have vital record information). You can contact the Detroit City Clerk's office to find out how to obtain copies of the marriage records you want. Or you can contact the Michigan Department of Community Health<http://www.michigan.gov/mdch/0,1607,7-132-4645---,00.html>in Lansing, the statewide keeper of the records.
