Bob, This is an equally long shot but it might be just what you need. Contact Susan Warner in Saginaw County for her advice. She can find just about any needle in a proverbial haystack. She does genealogy coordination at the Hoyt Library but I'm sure you can contract with her for external services. If you have to drop a couple of bucks it will be well invested in your research.
