Hi, I have been working on the Couture's of Monroe Co., and mostly the children of John Baptist Couture (b. 1787), who married 1st. Angelica Menard, and then 2nd. Angelica Reaume. I have found that their children, (Couture-Reaume), included two other children that are not included in other records. The two other children were Joseph Couture, born Jan. 1833, and Antoine, born 1837. I have death records of the two brothers, stating that John B. Couture and Angelica Reaume were their parents. If anyone would like information on these two people, please feel free to contact me. I am still having a heck of a time finding what Joseph's wife's name was. I have found it as Sally Bookey, Sarah Gokay, and also the first names of Celest and Selestine... if anyone has information on this person, I'd love to hear from you. Antoine Couture never married.
