Are you using her maiden name or her married name? Do you know her father's name? I found most info about my 3rd great grandmother by searching out her father's family and her husband's records. I found her maiden name by searching for 3rd great grandfather in marriage records, that led to her maiden name and I was able to locate her family and her as far back as 1850 in census records. kes in northern ca ==== MI-GENEALOGY Mailing List ==== Share memories about Michigan, to join MI-MEMORIES-L, send mail to MI-MEMORIES-L-request@rootsweb.com with the single word subscribe in the message subject and body.
