    2. Hello all.... I think I posted this once several years back. However, I'm not positive. By the way, I got the 'articles' from the Three Rivers Library. Will FRANCISCO went to the state fair this morning, in the interest of the Auburn, N. Y., wagon and buggy Co. prepared to makes the best exhibit of vehicles ever made in the state. L. L. TALLMAN and wife went Tuesday for a two weeks' visit with his parents at Pokagon. G. C. HENDRYX and daughter Edith are expected home today from their down east visit. M. EISIG of Brooklyn, N.Y., is here for a few days, as pleasant as ever. Miss Elo CLAPP of Mendon is visiting with Mrs. W. H. SHEPARD this week. W. H. SHEPARD having sold out his business expects to move our of town soon. We are sorry to lose so clever a citizen. J. C. McNEIL of this city took in the grand excursion to Grand Rapids this week. Mrs. J. J. DIKEMAN returned Monday from a visit to Albany, N.Y. Mrs. EISENSTEDT and daughter of Chicago, visited her sister, Mrs. WESTHEIMER, during the past week. Capt. Frank FRENCH and E. J. FRENCH left this morning for a pleasure trip to Boston and other far east cities and places of attraction. It is surmised that they mean business, particularly their own, that they are not ashamed of, which in their discretion they do not proclaim from the house tops. Captain B. M. HICKS of Minneapolis Minn., was here last week and was warmly shaken by numerous old comrades and other old time associates.
