My fathers name was Loren Ford. His name may even have been Lawrence. He spent all of his time in an orphanage in Coldwater, Mi. He left there around 16 years old.He may have been born in Flint. All he remembered was as a little boy being pulled out of the ice.Then he went to an orphanage. So I wonder if anyone remembers an accident back then. He lived his whole life never knowing if he had any family. I would like to try and find out. I wish I would have gotten involved long ago.
