I would like to know if anyone can help me on an adoption research?  First off I am looking for information on a Lenora Bolde born 1918 in Detroit, Father Harry Bolde born 1897 in Detroit,  and mother Florence Sanford born 1899 in Canada.   Lenora was found in the 1920 census living with her mom and grandparents William and Bertha Sanford.  I can not find her in the 1930 census and I am wandering if maybe another man adopted her because her father Harry Bolde went to prison and maybe her mom remarried and maybe that man adopted Lenora Bolde.   Does anyone know if it is possible to find adoption records for the 1920's and where do I look?   I would appreciate any helPat
