No Barlows -- Daniel Frost ..the only one in the book,""bpt. 1 Apr.1740, son of William and Mary, widow of William Hanson,June 1739, of Rochester,NH"" ---- 425: " Rebecca, dau of George and _?, married Simeon Booth, son of Robert Booth of Saco, who was born in 1641. . they removed to Enfield,Conn., and she died in 1668." --- Now Enfield,Conn is on the north end of the Connecticut River while Fairfield is in the southern part of Conn. along the coast west of the Connecticut River near Bridgeport. They could and most likely did travel by boat which most of the early colonist did in Mass.Bay . Look at a map and you can see how they might have traveled. -- There were several Frost/Foss/Fost families in the corner of NH and Maine area....The Rebeca was of the George Frost line who lived at Winter Harbor and Saco [according to Stackpole] ----- Of course one must remember that this was the time of the Indian wars and the colonist moved to safer areas.
