Last year or so there was some discussion on the List about a cemetery to the side of the Maine Turnpike. I'm not sure if this is the cemetery that was discussed at the time, but the story will still be of interest! The Cemetery has been spared and will not be moved. They are going to replace the railings and repair the granite posts bordering the cemetery. The headstones will be "sealed" to protect them from pollution and road salt.
