i have recently found some of the Allisons thanks to the help of the group william p Allison and Anna Bramble Allison are in hope cemetary we had been looking in pennsylvania for them we have since found out Sarah married Willis densmore on 5 17 1899 in kennebunk and had a son clarence and william p jr married Leona s Hicks of Kennebunk does anyone have anything on these 2 families i know that william and wife are buried in kennebunk but not sure about much else thank you linda lank tripp tripp@maine.rr.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----

Does anyone know in which newspaper I would likely find an obituary for someone who died in West Lebanon, Maine in 1935? I am looking for the birth place of Elizabeth Marr Descary. Her death certificate says she was born in Nova Scotia in 1848, but does not provide the town. Her parents, again according to the death certificate, were John and Hannah (Smith) Marr, but I need their place of residence to conduct a more successful search. Any help would be appreciated.
