Hello: I don't know if I can help any on this, but My Grandma, Louisa Christina [Schott]Myers, had a sister, Johanna, that married an Anthony Kunkel, I think, in Mt. Sterling ,Illinois. There might be some connection here, I don't know. I have no information on the Kunkels, except they had a son . I can't remember his name. I may have it in some of my material.
