I would like to find out more about their immigration. My great great grandfather was Florence August Meyer and his wife went by both "Minnie" and some census' listed her as "Amelia ". Her maiden name was Schnittger. I know they lived in Iowa for a while before settling in Pulaski County, Illinois. After reading your post I am interested in the website you listed. You mentioned you came across a Wilhemina Meyer once and I was wondering if it could be my great great grandmother. Where was this info located?
