There are even more John/Johann's before them. I have not yet run across one that was married to a Shoemaker and had a daughter named Sophia. I DO have a Johan that was married to Carolina Schaffner and they had a daughter named Sophia. If you provide me with a timeframe, I will keep watch for a John and Mary Jane Meyer. Good luck!
