It was his brother who gave the information. He died in early 1900's. Around 1920. Obit, death record, land record, census record, will, cemetery record on Robert and Gustav that is. I can't find anything on a Frederick that I could connect with the two brothers. There are so many of them. I live on the other end of the country so I have to rely on internet records and kind volunteers to help me in this endeavor. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, December 13, 2002 9:41 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MEYER] Re:Meyers from WI In a message dated 12/13/02 8:31:03 AM Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes: > I have a Gustav and Robert whose father was Freidrich/Frederick. You said it was the son's death record listing the father as Frederick--but on the death record it should also tell you who gave the information. It might not have been a close relative and the son was no longer living to give the information for his own death record. What time frame are you talking about here? What other records have you looked at and attempted to search for?
