Peter was born in 1852 in Germany. Julia was born in 1843 in Pennsylvania. I assume that they met and married there. By 1884, however, they had moved to Southern Illinois; their son Fred Meyer was born in 1884 in Gallatin County, Illinois. Fred married Rebecca Mills, and their descendants, for the most part, still live in Southern Illinois. If anyone has any information about Peter, his wife Julia, or any information on how I can track them down, please let me know. Thanks.
