Santa Fe, in Chanute, Neosho Co., KS in July 1954. Born in Indiana, she was the widow of Charles E. Johnson, and was the mother of Mrs. Laura Mull of Caney, KS, Melvin L. of Charleston, WV, Elmer E. of Wichita & Maurice (Morris) V. of Hutchinson. Her husband was buried at Mount Hope Cemetery in Humboldt.
