Meyer, 90, who died at her home near Pittsville at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church here. She was the widow of a former member of the Wood County Board of Supervisors. The Rev. E. T. Keller will officiate at the services and burial will follow in Mound Cemetery. Mrs. Meyer, the former Anna Barbara Fritz, was born Oct. 10, 1869, in Woodman, Wis. As a young girl she lived in McGregor, Iowa, for a year. Her marriage to Fred H. Meyer of Pittsville, took place at Woodman Dec. 30, 1902. They resided in Pittsville after their marriage. Mr. Meyer preceded her in death Oct. 1, 1947. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Ladies' Aid and president of the Cary Community Aid for many years. Surviving are two sons, Theodore, Rt. 1, Pittsville; and Rudolph, Edgar; a daughter, Marie, Whitrie, Calif.; and four grandchildren. Friends may call at the Hansen Funeral Home, Marshfield, until noon Wednesday and at the church until time of services. A brief service will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Keller in the funeral chapel at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Note: Contributor is not researching this family name and has no other information.
