No date for marriage. Mathias Steffes later married Elizabeth Elsen in Roselle, Iowa b. 20 September 1863 Oldenburg, Germany d. 21 January 1939 Olpe, Kansas Mathias was my Great Grandfather John Adam Steffes older brother. My Grandparents were Bernard 'Ben'and Emma Beyerink Steffes. I was raised in Carroll County Iowa but now live in Virginia. Hope this is helpful.
