I believe I found him on the 1880 Census. The year of birth is listed as 1863. The facts that I do know is that he died 13 July 1943 and is buried in the Old Bethel Cemetery in Clermont Co., OH. His wife was Abbey Huling, who died at age 43 in 1903. She had a child by a previous marriage: Iva b. 22 Jan 1881 d. 22 Feb 1891 in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Together Theodore and Abbey had 3 children: Ethel - buried in Williamsburg Cemetery, Clermont Co., OH and died in 1974; Forrest - buried in Old Bethel Cemetery, Clermont Co., OH and died approx. 1979 or 1980; Charles - died approx. 1962 and Earl Wesley - b. 1897, d. 14 June 1946. I found the following source, but have not been able to verify the information. Census Place in 1880, District 15, Berlin, Bracken, KY Famly History Library Film: 1254404 NA Film Number: T9-0404 Page Number: 554B I hope this helps and we can find a connection.

William F. Meyer Portland has lost one of its most cherished and respected citizens at the age of 100 years. William Frank Meyer was born on November 27, 1899 in Deadwood, South Dakota and died September 23, 2000. he moved to Portland with his family in 1907 and received his CPA certificate in 1923. he founded Vergen and Meyer accounting firm in 1939 and retired in 1970, holding the lowest numbered accounting license in the state. Bill was very proud to have been the oldest member of the Oregon Society of CPAs. Mr. Meyer is survived by his three daughters: Joan Schlegel of Long Beacht, California, Rebecca Gundermeyer, Encinitas, Californien and Carol Wittenbrock, Portland, Oregon; grandsons Kurt Ingham, Eric Schlegel and William Wittenbrock; and great grandson and daughter Adam and Amanda Schlegel. William also has three sisters, Florence Marks, Francis Mackin and Fritzi Goebeli, 95, 97, and 93 years old respectively. Services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 27 at the Chapel of St. John the Baptist at Oregon Episcopal School. The family requests that donations be sent to: DMSO Research Institute (an organization Mr. Meyer was greatly influential in), Oregon Health Sciences University. William was very actively involved to the last as a beloved father, husband, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and to many, many of us a truly wonderful friend.
