DIED SHAW At Marysville, N. B. November 4th, 1937, Ida Jane Shaw, daughter of the late William and Jane (Haining) Shaw, New Maryland. Funeral from her late home in Marysville tomorrow afternoon with service at two o'clock by Rev. Dr. George E. Ross and Rev. W. Steadman Smith and interment made in New Maryland following committal service by Mr. Smith. Died in Marysville. The death occurred late yesterday afternoon at her home in Marysville of Miss Ida Jane Shaw, after an illness of two years. Miss Shaw was born in New Maryland, a daughter of the late William and Jane (Haining) Shaw. She lived for a time in New Maryland, when a young woman went to Marysville where she resided until her death. She was well known and highly respected not only in New Maryland but in Marysville and many will learn with regret of her passing. She is survived by a sister Miss Ellen M. Shaw, Marysville, and 11 nephews and nieces. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon from her late home in Morrison street. Service will be conducted at two o'clock by Rev. Dr. George E. Ross and Rev. W. Steadman Smith and interment made in New Maryland where the committal service will be conducted by Mr. Smith. Buried This Afternoon. The funeral of the late Miss Ida J. Shaw took place this afternoon from her late home in Marysville and was attended by many friends and relatives. Service at the house was conducted by Rev. Dr. G. E. Ross assisted by Rev. W. Steadman Smith and interment made in the New Maryland Cemetery following committal service by Rev. Mr. Smith. The chief mourners were Roy Shaw, Irvine Shaw, Roland Shaw, Frederick Shaw, Lloyd Shaw, Edgar T. Everett, Ralph Hanson, David Pickard, Harry Harris, Robert Charters, Roy Charters, Alex. Brewer, Burton Brewer, Lee Haining, George Haining, Robert Rossborough, Fred Bailey, George Morgan, Frank Gereau. The pall-bearers were Fred Bailey, George Morgan, George A. Papley, Arthur Watts, John Stephenson, Frank Collings. DIED GRIFFITHS Entered into rest at Fredericton, N. B., September 7, 1937, Annie Mary, beloved wife of Benjamin J. Griffiths. Funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon with service at the late home at 2.30 o'clock by the Rebekah Lodge followed by a funeral service conducted by Rev. Dr. Bartlett, pastor of Wilmot United Church. Interment in the Rural Cemetery Extension.
