Hi list, Well, I just couldn't resist buying another book = "Vital Records of Alexander, Washington County, Maine" compiled by Sharon D. Howland. Picton Press. The author has done a more than excellent job in compiling all these records. The book contains, marriage records, family records, cemetery listings and census 1820 - 1920. (except 1890) Because it covers so much, I am asking you to give me more specifics on the requests you would like me to look up for you: - specific name please - not all Smith's; - what sections you are wanting information on ie. - marriage and family records - the major time frame seems to be 1800 - 1850 - cemetery records - census records - and what years are needed.
